PROJECTS

PROJECT 1  Archive Commercialization

Structured a compelling strategic vision that aligned business capabilities with market needs and customer insights. The project included the digitization and commercialization of a 600,000 antique fabric and art collection that mapped to an on demand, digital printing platform.

".... we were evaluating our forward strategy on e-commerce platforms and modernization of access and use protocols for our large and diversified textile art collection.  Amy was engaged to lead this project, and I can say without hesitation that she was the ideal person for the job. Her industry knowledge, her comfort in the technology space, and most importantly, her insight and intelligence were essential to our organization as we moved toward an indistinct and intimidating future.  She was able to combine a vision for the future with a realistic assessment of capabilities to consistently provide actionable direction."
